Renew Your Membership or Pay Your CGBP Annual Recertification Fee When You Register!

NASBITE Members and Certified Global Business Professional (CGBP) credential holders are encouraged to pay their annual fees along with the event registration. Please note, CGBPs must also submit at least 10 CEUs to complete recertification for 2018; participation in the full Annual Conference will provide these 10 CEUs and will automatically be posted to your certification record.

Registration Fees and Policies

NASBITE International 31st Annual Conference Registration Options

  • Full Conference Registration: For the 2018 NASBITE International Annual Conference, Full Conference Registration includes the Opening Reception (Wednesday, March 21), Refreshment Breaks, Breakfasts and Lunches (Thursday and Friday, March 22 and 23), Keynotes, Conference Sessions and Tabletop Exhibits (Thursday and Friday, March 22 and 23), and the Closing Reception & Annual Membership Meeting at the Baltimore Visitors Center (Friday, March 23). Early Bird Fees are $595 for NASBITE Members ($795 for non-members) if registered by February 23. After February 23, the Standard Registration Fee is $695 for NASBITE Members ($895 for non-members).
  • One-Day Registration: NASBITE also offers One-Day Registrations, if you can only attend part of the Annual Conference.
    • One-Day Registration for Thursday, March 22 includes Refreshment Breaks, Breakfast, Lunch, Keynotes, Conference Sessions and Tabletop Exhibits. The Early Bird One-Day Registration fee for Thursday, March 22 is $325 member ($450 non-member) if registered by February 23. After February 23, the Standard One-Day Registration Fee for Thursday, March 22 is $425 member / $550 non-member.
    • One-Day Registration for Friday, March 23 includes Refreshment Breaks, Breakfast, Lunch, Keynotes, Conference Sessions, Tabletop Exhibits, and the Closing Reception & Annual Member Meeting at the Baltimore Visitors Center on Friday, March 23. The Early Bird One-Day Registration fee for Friday, March 23 is $375 for Members ($500 for non-members) if registered by February 23. After February 23, the Standard One-Day Registration Fee for Friday, March 23 is $475 for NASBITE Members ($600 for non-members)
  • Student Registration: NASBITE offers special Student One-Day Registration fees that are provided to full-time undergraduate and graduate students only. Proof of enrollment may be requested upon registration.
    • One-Day Student Registration for Thursday, March 22 includes Refreshment Breaks, Breakfast, Lunch, Keynotes, Conference Sessions and Tabletop Exhibits on March 22. The Early Bird Student One-Day Registration fee for Thursday, March 22 is $150 for NASBITE Student Members ($200 for non-members) if registered by February 23. After February 23, the Standard One-Day Student Registration Fee for Thursday, March 22 is $200 for NASBITE Student Members ($250 for non-members).
    • One-Day Student Registration for Friday, March 23 includes Refreshment Breaks, Breakfast, Lunch, Keynotes, Conference Sessions, Tabletop Exhibits and the Closing Reception & Annual Member Meeting at the Baltimore Visitors Center on Friday, March 23. The Early Bird Student One-Day Registration fee for Friday, March 23 is $150 for NASBITE Student Members ($200 for non-members) if registered by February 23. After February 23, the Standard One-Day Student Registration Fee for Friday, March 23 is $200 for NASBITE Student Members ($250 for non-members).
  • Guest Tickets: Registered attendees are welcome to purchase Guest Tickets for the Opening Reception on March 18 (includes two drink tickets, and light hors d’oeuvres) for $75 per guest ($100 per guest if purchased after February 23, 2018).
    • Guest Tickets are also available for the Closing Reception & Annual Member Meeting at the Baltimore Visitors Center on Friday, March 23, and includes two drink tickets and the reception buffet for $125 per guest ($150 per guest if registered after February 23, 2018).

Pre-Conference Event Registrations

  • National Small Business Exporters Summit Registration: Registration for the National Small Business Exporters Summit on Wednesday, March 21, 2018 includes continental breakfast, lunch, refreshment breaks, all Summit Sessions, and a closing reception with cash bar. The Registration Fee for the Summit is $195 per person.
  • CGBP Boot Camp Registration: CGBP Boot Camp Registration includes either the Exam Prep Boot Camp or the Train-the-Trainer Boot Camp two-day training, Boot Camp materials, and refreshments on March 19 and 20. The Exam Prep Boot Camp registration fee also includes a voucher for one free online CGBP Practice Exam per attendee. Lunch is not included in the registration fees; time will be provided for lunch on your own during both days of the Boot Camp program.
    • Registration Fees for the CGBP Boot Camps are $350 per person, if registered by February 23, 2018 ($450 per person after February 23, 2018).
  • Pre-Conference Workshop Registration: Pre-Conference Workshop Registration for the full-day program includes workshop participation and handout materials, and refreshment breaks on March 20, 2018. Lunch is not included in the registration fees; time will be provided for lunch on your own.
    • Registration Fee for the Pre-Conference Workshop is $95 per person, if registered by February 23, 2018 ($195 per person if registered after February 23).
    • Annual Recertification Fee of $50 for CGBP Credential may be paid along with registration for either/both events.
  • Conference Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy: All Conference fees must be paid in full no later than two weeks prior to the Conference (or by March 9, 2018); this includes fees for attendees paying via a PO. This policy does not apply to pre-conference Boot Camps; those may be paid by credit card at the registration desk on site. Cancellations for Boot Camp or Full Conference registrations are eligible for a full refund up to 30 days prior to the scheduled event, unless the event is cancelled by NASBITE International.
    • Cancellations must be received in writing by February 16, 2018 to qualify for a full refund. An administrative fee of $50 will be deducted for cancellations received in writing between February 16, 2018 and March 9, 2018. Fees cannot be refunded for registrations cancelled after March 9, 2018.
    • If paying by Purchase Order, please submit a copy of your PO with billing instructions along with this registration form.
    • NASBITE International reserves the right to cancel events, usually due to lack of enrollment; registrants will be notified by e-mail in the event of a cancellation
